The post was interesting; however, I would want to raise a question about the difference between pirates and privateers. Christine Weller, firstly, there is a huge difference between pirates and privateers (Riess& Daniel, 1997). Principally pirates are illicit individuals, who commit ocean crimes; whereas, privateers are authorized individuals or ships from different governments to officially assist them during warfare.
