Rationale for an evaluation tool for any evidence-based change project

Adoption of Evidence Based Approach (EBA) is fruitful for the healthcare in achieving the objectives. EBA must be adopted by the nurses in the healthcare in order to ensure that the objectives are achieved and projects which are implemented must be able to deliver the required outcomes as expected.
