Change process can be intimidating and disrupting. It can also be very complicated work for the reason that it generally entails adjusting to a novel surroundings, operational practices or individual state of affairs. The change at my workplace (hospital) proved to be flourishing as it showed positive results. This paper will address how well the change procedure achieved its objectives and being a nurse leader, what I have done in a different way to create the change more successful. Magnet status and computer charting were the main modification that has taken place at my hospital. Everything in my workplace was altered to computer charting together with physicians orders and medicine management accounts. The main purpose of this paper is to demonstrate effectiveness of computerized change process in my workplace.
