Thanks for your informative post, I agree with your point that individuals with HIV, must requires special protection to avoid the unauthorized breaches of confidentiality. The study is also indicated that the physician must make ensure that HIV patient information should not disclose (O'Grady et.al, 1985). Second point is also appreciable that to avoid breaches is to do confidentiality and ethical training for workers. Staff training is required to performed ethical consideration in data information sharing.
