Part 1: Decision to Pursue a MBA

Since completion has been increased, it has turn out to be important to purse MBA. An MBA is not itself an end rather it means to an end due to demand in the market. This degree has been designed so that individual can develop their potentialities which will further assist them to grow. MBA is a degree that offers an individual an ability to develop their career to their fullest potential. The reason for pursing MBA is due to the fact that this degree not only provides a powerful life experience rather it also offer three main proposition values i.e. Skills, Networks and Brand (Moldoveanu, Martin, 2013).

Skills: Skills that is offered by pursing MBS is soft skills as well as hard skill. Soft skills refer to the ethics, teamwork, leadership and communication while hard skills are finance, marketing, operations, accounting, economics and management. These are very important for effective management. After doing an MBA, individual acquire these skills easily which cannot be acquired in particular class. These skills are very important when entering into the business and corporate world.

Network: MBA program offers individual a wide range of network such as alumni faculty, and business and community leaders due to numerous interactions. Different networks are very beneficial when individual is entering or applying for new jobs or developing a career path or starting a new business within or outside the business, such as, when new businessman is looking for finance, at this stage one need capital, business partners or client or support.

Brand: MBA is considered as a brand as individual is access to leadership, training and management skills. A specific institution and MBA course has huge impact on new opportunities i.e. when a person purse MBA from reputable school, this person would be having more demand, and it is consider that this person would be having more ability, skills and opportunities for personal growth (Vallabhaneni, 2012).

Furthermore, the purpose of doing MBA was also due to the fact that it supply training in the theory and practice of business management. It is very effective measure when it comes to:
