According to the report by Hayutin, Dietz, and Mitchell, the marked shift towards the elder population has vast social, economical and political implications for all the age groups of the particular community (Hayutin, et al 2010). If we fail to adapt our policies to the changing reality of an older population, then there will be great impact on the economy, from every aspect.
