Leadership inspires others for the better performance of the organization. It is the ability of a person to lead a team or work force for a certain task. Leadership is the technique of affecting others to comprehend and concur about what should be finished and how to do it, and the technique of expediting single and group endeavors to finish imparted destinations (Christensen et.al, 2006 pp. 72).

People entrust their leaders with their own growth and development hence to build trust is important for leader. If a leader is proficient in communicating appropriately among his co-workers, he is going to develop an implication of confidence and hence enable the people working under him to feel at ease while interact with him and to feel comfortable while discussing certain issues and dilemmas being faced by them. Interpersonal skills entails a sense of awareness i.e. , having the ability to identify the right time , approach to presenting the subject required , and overall tone while conversing with other co-workers .. Developing equilibrium between power and authority elements allows efficient leaders to generate work environments that inspire and motivate other people to perform their best function and generate ideal outcomes. Leaders have task to pull the best out of people under them that is why they are known as talent managers. However, in order to manage talent one has to constantly keep motivating people under him/her.
