Web2.0 Applications and their Implication for E-Government's Portal
Abstract
The paper focuses the concept of E government comprehensively. The main focus is on the information system models, techniques and the benefits of electronic government to the citizens. Two main systems E Gov 1.0 and 2.0 are also analyzed and compared to determine the feasibility of both the webs n implementing the e government system. The implementation is most curial phase of the e government system, therefore, the possible failures are outlines and the rules/suggestions to avoid these failures are also discussed. The last section details out the reflective review of the paper determining the learning from this assignment.

Background
Electronic Government is the system by which companies, communities and citizens can be addressed and managed with the use and consumption of New Information Technologies bridging the digital divide in the country among the disadvantaged and middle class / high.
The objective of e-government is to increase the efficiency of public administration in the provision of services (Wimmer,2001,98-123). E-government is to simplify the handling of administrative matters and to allow for obtaining information about them. The adopted form allows citizens to collect the information from one place within the competence of various bodies of public administration procedures and make them available on the Internet. Keeping in view the greater utility of the web application, beside businesses, the government also utilize the e applicant for various affairs. Due to such transformation of thinking, internet use today becomes more interactive and user oriented. E-Government is a continuous process of improving the quality of governance and the provision of administrative services by transforming internal and external relationships using the Internet and modern communications (Wimmer,2001,98-123). External Relations Office is a type of relationship with citizens, the office-and operator-office service provider, and the internal relations among the distinguished post-office and office-workers.
