Wayne Bertram Williams was born on May 27, 1958 and is a convicted murderer. He was brought up in the Atlanta's Dixie Hills region of Northwest Atlanta to Faye and Homer Williams. Williams' both parents were teachers. He himself had developed a deep interest in the capacity of journalism and radio after graduating from Douglass High school. Ultimately, Williams was able to construct his own carrier-current radio station.
