The Iraq War in 1993 and the attack on Iraq in the year 2003 both had a deep impact not only on the countries involved directly in the conflict that is the United States and Iraq but also on the geo-politics situation of the world (Keegan, 2010). Debatably, the War ceased in a deadlock for the reason that the Iraqi government that had began the War by attacking Kuwait stayed in control. Before the conflict, Kuwait and Iraq had a very old border quarrel that had brought about tension between these two nations for years. Particularly, Iraq blamed Kuwait of taking oil from Iraqi side fields. After the Iran-Iraq War, Iraq was deeply in the red and frantic to boost its oil revenue.
