It is also one of the largest employers around the world with almost 2 million people working under the banner of Wal-Mart. The Wal-Mart has an impact on America because; it is one of the large retail chains of America and it gives employment to thousands of people, so the rules and regulations made by Wal-Mart are benchmark for the other organizations.

There are few Organizations that have created controversy for Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart's critic accuses that the Wall Mart Stores often destroy job, depresse wage, suppresse worker right, and impose most important costs on the public.
