Introduction

The following paper is about Violence against Women. Human Rights Women

The universal declaration of human rights states that everyone is entitled to live freely without any discrimination of sex, gender, race, color, language religion and others. Declaration of elimination of violence against women states that violence against women means violence against the human rights. It also further asserts that states have an obligation to exercise due diligence to investigate and prevent according to the national legislation, punishes acts against women.

According to human rights the violence against women is the violence against human rights and it cannot be justified by any religious, political or the claim of the culture.
