Background

The core aim of this research methodology paper is to construct a formal framework to establish Vietnamese restaurant at the heart of the London metropolitan area. The given research topic is interesting from practical and academic perspective since it would be able to offer new business opportunities to entrepreneurs in a recessionary market, and provide alternative sources for the local population to eat healthy and non-traditional cuisines. The customers are looking for quality food within affordable prices. There is a need to identify factors that influence the customer's decision about where to eat. There is a need to consider ways of implementing management decisions. Identification of marketing strategies in order to promote and increase sales and profit of the restaurant is important.

Research Objectives

The major objective of the research project is to provide a way for entrepreneurs to start up a new Vietnamese restaurant in London.
