Introduction

The virtues have direct bearing on the personal dimension of the human being. Virtue is synonymous with strength, the force that drives us to be better, to do well and develop in the path of development staff. The virtues are related to the internal or vertical agreement between the personal and individual (Wielenberg, 2005). On the other hand the values ??have to do with the social pact or horizontally. They are the elements on which it is argued that foster harmony and economy of grace. Values ??are what allow us to live (Hurka, 2001).

Difference of Virtues and Value

Values ??and virtues must stand on stable principles. Values ??are goods that human intelligence knows, accepts and lives as good for him as a person.

The virtues are actions that come from the heart and are geared directly to a spiritual good. These make us grow as people, in the image of God (Wielenberg, 2005). The virtues lead us to perfection, as they have all our powers, all our qualities, our whole personality, to be in harmony with God's plan; orient our whole person, not just our actions, to good.Also, we must distinguish the virtues of human values. Values ??are growth oriented personnel for intellectual conviction: we know that if we are clean, we will be better accepted by others, we know that if we keep our things tidy, we find when we seek (Wielenberg, 2005). To better understand the difference between value and virtue, let us analyze how a value changes according to the surrounding circumstances. They are different: - A person who cares for her sick aunt because he wants his inheritance. - A person who cares for her sick aunt because it fits her very well. - A person who is always willing to care for any patient, even without knowing it, for the love of God and men.

Although the action is the same in all three cases, only the third is a virtue, being regular and permanent. In the other two cases, the person lives the value of service. In the third, the person has the virtue of service. The skills are oriented to "do good" something specific. Make us better at something, but not better people.
