The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the ways; Valtera has constructed an assessment system. The assessment system had been developed by Valtera, in order to allow its retail merchandising client to make its recruitment better, and hire quality employees in order to increase its low-cost and high-service strategy. This paper also talks about some other measures, which could be adapted to for the job in order to improve the company's high service quality goals.
