Introduction

The Utah drug testing was initiated last year for the citizens as to identify the level of drug among citizens. There are benefits of this drug testing program as to create awareness among citizen and this program is initiated last year as to protect the citizen. The sociological viewpoint regarding the Utah drug testing program depicts that welfare to the citizen should be given, and the removal of drug abusers from the society will have a positive impact on the state (Delaney, 2013).

The program regarding drug abusers was initiated in the year 2012, and till 2013, it was deified the ratio of drug users is decreasing from the society. In this program, there was drug testing and screening of applicants as there was a drug testing of welfare that is temporary assistance was provided to the needy families that are depicted in state legislation (Drug Testing and public assistance, 2013).

Moreover the testing process that was acquired by Utah had created positive approach among citizens and it was identified that drug users have overcome their habit by taking part in the treatment program. The program was beneficial for the citizens of the state in overcoming the substance abuse from the society. This program would be effective for the poor and needy citizen of the state as they suffer from economic crises (Drug Testing and public assistance, 2013).

The Utah Crack Down program was initiated in many countries as to identify the drug users in the state. There is a need to overcome the drug abusers from the country as to serve a good cause for the society. There is a likelihood of drug use among citizens. In this regard government has taken a written test of the citizens. This program was initiated from August 2012 till July 2013, and they have given assistance to the needy people for the drug relief as for the "Welfare applicants that will be required for drug testing in Utah" (Delaney, 2013).

The press reported that the sample of participants that were identified as drug users were 466.
