Introduction

Former vice president of the United States, the dark brain behind the throne of George W. Bush, was one of the main causes of the wars that consumed the world and without any hint of ethics, morality and reason, returns to the fray. And bathe in holy water that redeem their sins and makes Machiavellian style: the end justifies the means, I have said or not the character that separated the politics from morality (“The Tortured Memos”, 2009).

So simple are the words of self-forgiveness for waterboarding, electric shock, real or simulated-, hours and hours in extreme positions, beatings, intimidation and the biting with attack dogs, sleep deprivation, the isolation and ignorance of their fate, religious and sexual humiliation (“Presidential Candidates and Where they stand on the issue of Torture”, 2007).

Why did such a claim of ownership to the Fox News television channel that has served so well, spreading lies and manipulating end-to conservatism and the Bush regime? Because President Barack Obama gave him credit for confessions obtained in these interrogation techniques for its decision to order a team of U.S. Navy SEAL special operation that raided the residence of Osama bin Laden and killed the head of al-Qaeda and other members of his bodyguard and family.

And in its attempt to seek public consent to the ignominy and barbarism, Mr. Cheney cited other conspirators in the proceedings instituted in the stage fascist Bush and obviously go their way with the new administration, because also in the operation that violated Pakistani sovereignty was carried out extrajudicial executions, with the aggravating circumstance which destroyed even the main event, the corpse of the murdered (“C.I.A. Fighting Memoir of 9/11 by F.B.I. Agent”, 2011).

The former vice president said his conversations with Jose Rodriguez, a senior CIA intelligence, Michael Mukasey, Attorney General, the second term of George W. Bush, the son, in the White House, and Leon Panetta, the current CIA director, who has denied the role of enhanced interrogation (enhanced interrogation) in the search and find Osama bin Laden, who was a monster, creation and soldier of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the appropriate character to create fears that support the wars for oil or other resources, or revenge and punishment.
