The United States is currently facing several issues in its Health Care System. One of the major issues faced by the system these days is the financing Health Care in America. Providing fundamental health care to everyone is very expensive. In the US system, people aged 65 and above are entitled to a significant amount of medical coverage which is paid for by the federal government. Moreover, the government also covers the heath care cost of the poor people under their program known as 'Medicaid'. Furthermore, many of the retired individuals from US military also receive are also entitled to medical coverage by the government. Apart from that, more than 2,000,000 individuals who are in prison are also entitled to health coverage by the government. As a result, it is becoming increasingly difficult for the government to provide health care insurance to everyone due to the rapid increase in costs. According to the ACP, the number of uninsured people is greater than it has ever been in the past.

On the whole, U.S. healthcare revolves around the word 'insurance.' It is aimed to shield individuals as well as families against the prospect of a demoralizing monetary loss. Several people that think this scheme is the solitary way to evade bankruptcy along with the strain that accompanies a costly health check bill which is unaffordable. In some cases, even insured people can experience a financial disaster due to severe illness.
