Ans1- The evidence-based practice (EBP) committees provide a simplified approach in order to improve the clinical/bedside practice decisions based on current issues. The evidence is also utilized for conducting research on other issues related to nursing (Bennett, 2009).

Ans2- I have not served in other types of hospital committees earlier in my career.

Ans3- I'm very nervous but also looking forward for this new task. It would be a challenging experience for me and is trying to have a positive attitude for the new task. Therefore, there are mixed feelings for the current task.
