Introduction
In this book the writer, Woody Holton turn over what we believe and think of the origination of the Constitution by the untold history of the Americans as a common man who were forced and challenged the Constitution to be followed and the revisions that made up such documents that we now reverse. In 1987, the Philadelphia gatherings of farmers were known to be backend post of the Americas revolutionary war democracy slide. What they believed that, there were many of the Americans middling that practiced too much national and over state policies and were too much influenced. And that the framers were to some extent in citizen rights successful curtailing, due to the violent, reactions of the rowdy Americans that are considered as average.
If there is no protection of the freedom of the people and no civil liberties, then what made the framers to be that motivated, it was the origination of the constitution and the rowdy Americans, the startling discoveries are provided by the writer Woody Holton who enshrouds light on the primary purpose of the constitution, and he puts the America in a frame of more attractive towards investment. He tells in the book that the key point to take away endeavor power from the people and finalize away from the states' people. In the Constitution's heart quenching and eye opening interpretation, the writer narrates the Massachusetts Shays's Rebellion and the same class of the Americans which were produced from it, which made the constitution where/which we now admire.

The Constitution is not the so called Fundamental law. They neither require civil rights, nor limit state power, just as the law on the organization and responsibilities of state organs, which is not the modern meaning of the Constitution.
