Executive Summary

    A project manager is generally responsible for the success or the malfunction of the project. They first require characterising the project and then construct its work plan. If the scope of the project is not very clear, or the project is executing badly, the manager is held accountable. However, this does not signify that the manager does all the work by himself (which is virtually impossible). The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is basic to task execution. When we consume insufficient time and evolve insufficient minutia on the WBS, the task will yield poor outcomes and we can anticipate to glimpse last minute identification of critical elements. Not only do some essential pieces happen late in the method, but we can furthermore expect to glimpse cost over-runs, agenda over-runs, poor value at consignment, and erosion of project following ability—where we do not understand where we are at any granted time because our street chart is defective (or missing).The WBS should not to be confused with other structured registers; for demonstration pieces such as merchandise material breakdowns and accounts of materialls. AWBS may resemble a BOM in that it is hierarchical; that is, schemes decompose into subschemes and subschemes into components.
