The University Of South Alabama (USA) offers undergraduate and graduate academic programs. The university consists of the following sites for the facilities of students: Meisler Hall, USA main library, USA Mitchell Center, Laidlaw Performing Arts Center, USA Bookstore, USA Baldwin Country, Health Sciences Building, Moulton Tower and Alumni plaza (20,000 square feet), Stanky Field and Residence Halls.

Doster Constructions Company provided the university with construction management. They build a new office building for Mentors Graphics Corporation.
