To discuss a charismatic leader, we will automatically switch our minds to Bill Gates, Churchill or Bill Clinton. Reviewing their statics, they were very ambitious in achieving their goals, and (are or were) the one and only of their kind. But basically every person that can tackle with the issues and human factor by his capabilities is the real charismatic leader. The one who is very much aggressive in solving the problems as barriers in the growth of his organisations, and is very normal and temperamental if a big issue comes is the leader which every organisation demands. The real factors that make them different from others are their mind temperament, approach towards solving a problem, nerve's control, social awareness and ethical recognition.
In the countries like UK and USA, where a lot of people from different backgrounds, cast, culture, colour and ethical or cultural values are living and working, it's very much important to know how they can be motivated and what factors can demoralize them. If any Muslim is in your organization and you will not allow him to have vacations for Eid, he will become demoralized and will find him difficult to continue with dedication. If you as a leader or manager allow him to enjoy his Eid in compensation to his overtime schedule or compensatory leaves, he will be too willing to continue his job with your organization. I personally watched many scenarios like that in my organizations and the way they my manager handled it. I am very inspired with him, and learned a lot from him. My personal learning is what I am expressing throughout this document.
Leadership and management plays a vital role in making the business reaches its milestone. Leadership and management roles include formulating strategies, making business processes efficient, understanding the expectations of employees, making necessary changes before something negative occurs which hampers organizational success. When the leadership of the organization is highly efficient, the employees take the leaders as role models and their behaviours are derived by the behaviour of leaders.
When there are times if drastic changes, employees of the organization expect the management to efficiently plan and execute the decisions. The perception of leaders in the eye of the follower is as a support, concern, and commitment. The leadership must enrich and develop strategically for the success of organization. A person that is capable of handling all this stuff with efficiency. The real charismatic leader will never let his team get unmotivated and will always try to make his team bold and confronted no matter what happens. Moreover, he tries to make the most of their team in less time with minimum incentives.
