All over the world people are trying and to adopt different solutions in order to keep themselves fit and healthy. Thus Triangle solutions by seeing the increasing popularity of fitness solutions products tried to enter this segment of the market in order to fulfill the need of the customers. Triangle Solutions will be able to provide a substitute of the existing products in the market and will provide options for the customers to choose the best product among all other products in the market.

The fitness solutions market is very large as there are not only many buyers but there are many producers as well who are providing a variety of products. The company will have to use innovation strategy in order to make its product different from all the existing products in the market. The entry and exist in the market is very easy thus many small and big producers have entered in this market but very few of them have been able to sustain because of the competition in this industry. The high level of competition is advantageous for the customers because each company providing fitness solutions ensures that they provide best quality products. Therefore in order to sustain in the market Triangle solutions will need to adopt cost differentiation and innovation strategies.
