To focus on cultural changes within the multicultural organization and to improve working dynamics and breaking the barriers amongst the people working in an organization.

IntroductionThis paper is made to put light on the cultural changes inside the Worldwide Telecommunication, Inc. the changes over worldwide and technological advancement has given birth to globalization which has caused a variety of advantages and enormous cross cultural communication but at the same time has given rise in the potential problems.

In this paper we will be discussing about, cultural changes and the analysis study of multicultural workforce, and how it will affect the teamwork and communication in the large companies like Worldwide Telecommunications. The later part of the paper has been given to improve the working dynamics of the team and the understanding of different cultures. In the end barriers that people have within the organization of people from different cultures have been discussed.

Discussion

In large companies, people often work with unison and brotherhood, and a peaceful environment has to be established between the workers of the organization. The people working in an organization has to face difficulties in understanding their team members and the people around them, likewise, the company may be having people from different cultures and countries, so the workers must make their attitudes and respond to the people with patience and respect. In our case, we have to discuss about the cultural changes in the Worldwide Telecommunication Inc. This company serves as a solution provider to the payphone owner and industry of hospitality, like restaurants, lodging services (in hotels and motels) and public facilities. The major contributor of the globalization is the computer's merging telecommunication technology because instant communication has been possible only because of technological advancement.

Technological trends are making links and contact with foreigners possible and are breaking down barriers internationally on daily basis. Cross cultural communications has been resulted with the globalization, but the potential problems have arisen because of their communication. Where a society is characterized by Pluralism, it can be lead to miscommunication if incorrect assumptions are made. Understanding the various cultures in any organization is paramount of success, and on the other hand, global communication has been achieved.
