Introduction

Psychology is a study of human mind and various kinds of behavior of all the human beings. It is a very important psychological perspective that it is impossible for a human being to understand the other people around him until he does not understand his own self. It is necessary for an individual to imagine what the other person feels about yourself before you decide about the other person. In order to understand the other person you will need to alter all the views about a person and see him from the perspective of the other person. In psychology it is very important to understand the nature and human behavior of the other person so that you can take necessary steps in order to bring enhancement in the attitude of that person. While understanding the other person an individual must be careful in the usage of words, actions, behaviors and using inferring comments about a person. It is important for an individual in order to understand the other person the individual must see his or her life from his perspective and try to find out the different aspect of his or her life, as seeing the world from someone else's eyes. Similarly is the case with the creator of the Face book Mark Zuckberg who keeps his relationships with other people on high priority. He tries to find and resolve the problems of the other people. He gives importance to the thought s of the other people and this may be the key of his success. He believes in social interaction and therefore aims at making people realize what their desires are but also understand that different people have different views of the world and everyone does not get what he or she wants in his or her life so it is important that one should understand the other people and it is only possible if a person understand himself properly.

It is a study of understanding the academic and applied discipline that is involved in the study of mental processes and human behavior. Psychology plays a vital role in identifying the different behaviors of the employees as a result of different decisions made by the upper management level. It also helps in understanding the behavior of the employees in a group, towards other employees and attitude towards attainment of organizational goal. The assignment will provide a summary about how much it is important for a person to understand his own personality if he or she wants to understand other people. The study will also help in finding out how psychology helps in understanding the different aspects of the workplace and how it helps in understanding the behavior of the humans. The study will try to draw conclusion in order to find out that is it important to understand the human behavior or not.
