Interdependent leadership is a unifying strategy that provides many helpful points of view, which can be adapted and enacted personally and locally. In the year of 2005, the team of Connected Leadership Project designed a case study for understanding interdependent leadership in organizations. The team efficiently dealt with the growing complexity in organizational environment as it required effective negotiations among leaders. They investigated the leadership phenomenon in various organizational contexts.
