In this paper we will discuss the Importance of Trust in the Development of the School. As we know that it is not so easy to build trust. This paper explores the meaning of trust, its characteristics and why development of school needs trust and how it shapes the relationship with others. Therefore it becomes mandatory for the schools to establish a particular relationship of trust and confidence by understanding the family goals so that the parents are comfortable when they entrust their child in a school.

How trust is important for School Development?
Introduction
School, family and society are the three pillars of development of trust. The interaction between these areas exists and on this depends more or less trust in society, which in turn is essential for the development and sustenance of life and of society itself. Yet, competition without trust seems to be predominant. Thus, trust is intended as a basic task of developing citizen who should help schools and families from different actors and their respective values ??and social functions. It can be said that in order for one to be able to trust an individual, he or she must have confident about the individual, that is to say that the individual is worth trusting. Confidence is not something that is this "automatically" developed in social relations. Their emergence and maintenance require a conscious, neat and continuing relation to encourage their development.
