Training for a Sprinter
Introduction
The type of training professionals tends to undergo is designed in a manner so that an individual is able to cater to the needs of the changing environment and to deliver to the expectations of the fans. Moreover, the training an athlete undergoes involves the principles of planning and therefore the training process is crafted on the basis of these principles. Here the fact needs to be understood that since everybody is different and every other aspect of a single sport demands different skills to be inculcated, thus no single uniform training module can be set up which can suit the needs of every athlete. Every Body is different based on the structure and the environment under which it tends to grow up (Mike, 2005).
Different studies in this context have shown that human body has been built from millions of sensory cells and each type or group of cells perform different functions. Plus, the cells have the ability to adapt to whatever happens to the body, and this year adjustment occurs within the body continuously. Thus, in order to deliver to the needs of the sport an athlete also requires to know his or her strengths and weaknesses in order to create and follow a training program which can meet the needs of that sport and aspect within a sport. Thus, in the context of the this paper we intend to shed light on the aspects of how training programs needs to be crafted for different athletes based upon the nature of the sport and the type of the body of an athlete.

The training program of a marathon runner is more diverse and focuses on each and every aspect of the body so that the body is able to deliver to the needs of the sport. A marathon runner needs to run for hours thus he or she needs to follow a load which allows him or her to ...
