Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to conduct an evaluation of the training program to be conducted. The training program will be developed in order to assess the business needs of an organization. The program will be designed to make enhancement in the efficiency of employees.

Target Audience& Duration of Training

This training program will be served to enhance the professional skills of the organization. This program is meant to be developed to enhance the needs of the employees of the organizations. It is mainly developed for the business professionals in order to give them knowledge and information which is relevant to them. This mainly helps the employers so that they can learn the ways to make enhancement in the efficiency of employees. This training program will be based on three days training and every day, 5 hours session will be given.

Benefits of the Training Program

The program will be beneficial for the development of business as it enhances the efficiency of the employees. Through this training program, employees will be given extensive training of dealing with customers (Burd, 2004). The program will save the cost of the mishap or wrong dealings by the customers that they do otherwise without such trainings. As the training skill, course for senior employees will run over two days and includes different session like practice in giving instruction to another person on a task basis, using the task breakdown, show and explain question and practice method. It will enhance their daily practice by allowing them to participate in such discussions as they do to convince the customers. The new colleagues will also be given Group level course at the head office for first three weeks of joining the company (Clark, 2003).
