There is a need for the organization to ask what kind of training will meet the needs of the organization. In addition, there is a need for the trainer to identify who are the people who need the training and why.
In the second phase, there is a need to develop the training programs.
In the third phase, the training program is delivered. There are several techniques that can be used for this. These include on-the-job training, seminars, one-on-one training, workshops, and group training.
Lastly, it is imperative to evaluate the impact of training. This will not only help in the improvement of the training program but will also assess how much the learners have gained from the training.
