Introduction

A classic radical condition outspread in Egypt in the last few months, with masses of people taking to the streets and confronting military units deployed throughout the capital city of Cairo. The scene recalled the great revolutionary moments of the 20th century, from the February 1917 revolution that toppled the Tsarist monarchy in Russia to the wave of popular uprisings that toppled the Stalinist police states of Eastern Europe in 1989.

Now in Egypt, there was a state of emergency imposed in 11 of the 21 provinces of the country, and a curfew in Cairo. The Conflict Theory

The Conflict Theory believes that civilization consists of two main groups fighting for the use of limited land resources. Karl Marx was the creator of this theory, and he believed that there were two classes of people: the bourgeoisie and the working class. According to Marx, the bourgeois elite or upper class has the financial power that gives you access to the resources needed for the desired output. In the working class, on the other hand, belong to those who do not have sufficient financial resources to access such physical work and need to sell to keep in favor of products and elite interests. The working class, then, becomes dependent financially elite and need to keep working to survive.

The Conflict Theory believes that the working class and the bourgeoisie must be in balance so that there is no crime. To control crime new laws are created by the elite to continue maintaining the common welfare and its control over the working class. White Collar Crimes - The white-collar criminals commit the majority of non-violent crimes: fraud, bribery and corruption in general. The working class commits crimes such as theft, murder and robbery. Those who support this theory say that this is not an infallible rule, and that there are exceptions.

Conflict is inevitable and is natural when two or more p[arties come in contact with each other to attain their objectives. Relationships become incompatible and inconsistent when two individuals or parties desire a similar resource within the organizational structure.
