Part1: Toxic Substances Control Act

The Toxic compounds command Act (TSCA) is a joined States regulation, passed by the joined States assembly in 1976, that regulates the introduction of new or already living chemicals.

It grandfathered most existing chemicals, in compare to the Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals (REACH) legislation of the European amalgamation.

However, as clarified below, the TSCA expressly regulates polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) products.
