Special requirements for people who use a wheelchair:

A person travelling on a wheelchair is someone who can be paralyzed or who can't walk due to any other reason, so we would make sure we take special care of such customers. Our client would need a wheelchair along with someone who can handle the wheelchair too. He would also need a specially designed washroom for them so that they don't face any issues in going to the washroom, special type of showers and all other accessories should be available to be used. The customer will also need a lift (or an elevator) if his room is located on some other floor than the ground. We should make sure that everything is available for these types of customers too so that they don't feel alienated. A special atmosphere should be created around them so that they feel equal to everyone.

We will access and see if wheelchair is available, a special type of a washroom attached to the room is available and we would make sure that there is operational lift or elevators in the motel so that the customer needs would be catered with utmost priority.

Organizing a conference for 100 people:

Organizing a conference is not an easy task to do in a metropolitan city like Sydney, but with the help of different types of communication objects and management skills I will plan out how to organize a conference. The first and foremost thing is to look after how the people would reach the conference's venue. I will make sure to book the tickets (from for example virgin Australia airline) and I will make sure to arrange a bus to make the travelling within the city easier for all the people, including the pick and drops from the hotel to the airport.
