This paper is divided in to two section related to tourism and information system. The first section includes the strategies and decision making process impacting the tourism company. It was suggested to take a destination of own choice, so I decided to work on the tourism strategies of “Malaysia”. The second division was regarding developing an effective information system for London school of Business management. I proposed a few ideas related to this.

Introduction
The Tourism Company offers the best services related to beautiful destinations. Their management is equipped with the complete knowledge of the destinations and its resources of which they offer services to their clients. Several destinations are covered by the tourism company in order to make their customers delighted. To manage their plans and strategies for reliable decision making they require investigating the opportunities, strengths and weaknesses of the destination. The tourism company owns a reputable and remarkable position globally. The administration and team of the Tourism Company have strong associations with the tourism consultants in various countries that would refer their company to achieve ultimate satisfaction. Not only are this but they highly linked with the universities of United Kingdom so that they can bestow the students with knowledge and training regarding tourism. Further the plans, strategies and their implementation would be discussed in the provided tasks respectively. I would suggest plans and decision making strategies for my favourite destination which is “Malaysia”.

Task 3
The decisions which are to be taken on the basis of the tourism company can be related to the destination and requirements of the clients. They should form their strategies which could satisfy each of their clients regardless of their background and own culture. The decisions on which I will highly emphasize are regarding the political and environmental conditions of the selected destinations. The company has been working for ages in this industry so now being a part of it I would append more to their decisions by adding more advancements and modernization. Specifically their decisions could range from the resources, weakness, strengths and uncertainties to the opportunities of the destination. (Mansion country report, pp 1-5)
