In general term, the torture can be best describe as an act that leads to suffereing or the severe pain, that could be mental or physical, is design to intentionally impose on the susppect of the crime, for the purpose of obating the information or the truth regarding the crime that have been covicted by him or by the third party, or to obtain confession regarding the crime that have been convicted. The torture help the official in gaining the corect information, to have better understanding the senario of the crime (Friedman, 2011).
