Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the case law relating to the tort law and discuss the facts and the court decision on the basis of tort law. The case law which has been chosen to be analyzed in this paper is the “The Snatch Land Rover Claims”.

Parties Involved in the Case

The two parties which are involved in the case are Private Ellis and the Ministry of Defence.
