PRI is 95% reasoning confidence interval = 92-104. The Perceptional Index Reasoning measures flowing way of thinking in the perceptual field with the daily tasks, which assess the formation on nonverbal concept, organization and visual perception, coordination of visual-motor, knowledge and the ability in visual stimuli, to separate figure and ground. This individual's abilities, which are nonverbal suggests to perform on few on tasks which are nonverbal in a much better way (Wechsler,2008).

It is the requirement of the Block Design in subtest, an individual have to use blocks of two colors. The assessment of this subtest, reasoning because of nonverbal fluid and to organize the ability of visual information. Furthermore, this subtest also assess that her capability to examine a part or whole relationships when spatially presented information. The visual fine motor coordination and visual-spatial perception may influence this task's performance, and develop such planned ...
