Abstract
The aim of this paper is to examine, from a legal standpoint, the problem of housing discrimination that was the subject of growing importance in London, as in other European cities, especially in light of the recent waves of immigration.
The article discusses the different types of housing discrimination, & explains that the legal description of the reaction according to the London & the Law of Catalan.
Catalan Housing Rights Act of 2007 is one of the first & most comprehensive European legal reactions against housing discrimination. The results include several articles that define direct & indirect discrimination, harassment (which is considered a form of discrimination) & affirmative action. This law must be understood as a national application of the European Union (EU) directives against discrimination, particularly racial equality (2000/43/EC).
The paper shows how EU directives against discrimination can be transferred to the deck with a national sample. Because the Catalan law is one of the national legislation & most comprehensive using European methods of dealing with housing discrimination, which can be used as a source of inspiration for the future of the new legislation.

There is growing concern among local authorities on their costs & legal obligations to poor people overseas, as a result of their immigration status have N.R.P.F Local authorities have a legal obligation to keep certain categories of people deemed N.R.P.F which community care or mental welfare of the obligations, or participation in the children who need it.
