This essay is based on Inequality Within Organizations. The name of my organization is Galaxy Tech. It is a software company that develops application software. There is a glass ceiling that prevents women from rising in the public arena, where men are. This is what has been called glass ceiling that hides indirect discrimination. The discrimination at any sector can adversely affect the entire system or environment.
