There are various laws in order to protect right of employees such as Employment and Labor Law and the compensations provided under the Federal Employees' Compensation Act (FECA). These laws allow workers compensations and sick leaves facilities in case of work related injuries or sickness. One concern about these work benefits is that some of the employees involve in availing these leaves and compensations without any need, without any work related injury or any other sickness. These are considered as fraudulent cases that involves abuse of these facilities.
