Introduction

Equality is something that we try to depend we all strive for. In reality equality is, in most people's opinions, an extremely unfair goal when it comes to financial equality. It may seem like a double standard to some but in fact it is not. This subject can be looked at from three different points of view the first being individuals who are hard workers and still can't seem to thrive. It is this group who really suffer the most, fairness to them would them having the same opportunities to do as well as the upper classes. Sometimes it is due to their own decisions that they are in the position they are in but many times they are just recipients of bad luck. The next group of people is the people who are lazy and still think they deserve to have the same success as the next level of the monetary food chain. These individuals believe fairness is them being handed what others work very hard for. This is not that same idea of fairness that most of the rest of the country subscribes to. The third group is the individuals who thrive. These people are the upper-middle class and upper class who worked hard to get educations and/or build up their skills in a particular field which allows them to thrive.

Rawlins Theory of Justice

The Theory of Justice by Rawls is based in the idea of “justice as fairness” in the society along with this Rawls highlighted rules for public and organizations to ensure that some people in community are not constantly exposed by others. Justices and Fairness is an ethical perception in the society that has principles of different community and ideas of right and equity, as well as principles of the laws and benefits through which those principles are combined in human personality to control governmental issues in a righteous and fair manner.

Society and Justice

The true definition of society is a group of individuals who have decided to cooperate to improvise their lifestyle and have decided certain guidelines to make the improvisation possible. In order to be sure about the performance and practice of the rules of improvisation society has to follow a fair program of cooperation, over time, and among this society there must be equality among individuals. Consequently organizations and institutions have to be in the possession of individuals. On the other hand Rawlins defines justice as a set of guidelines recognized by mankind living in individual organizations. A well maintained and trained society is one in which everyone knows and allows the same concepts of the law and justice along with institutions that are contented with satisfaction. Then everyone has unanimous opinion regarding a common perspective of managing statements that can be adjudicated.
