The diagnosis was made with a Stage IIIB clear cell carcinoma of the ovary and the patient underwent a major surgery in the month of April during the year 2007. An exploratory lapartomy was undertaken when the patient started feeling physical discomfort. After the peritoneal chemotherapy, there was a development in the pelvic mass and the patient was made to undergo surgery for the removal of pelvic mass fluid drainage, intraperitoneal port, and pelvic biopsy.
