Introduction

Psychopathy is a personality disorder characterized by a lack of empathy and remorse, shallow emotions, self-centeredness and imposture. Psychopaths (patients with psychopathy) behave in an antisocial, abusive treatment toward others, and act violently in certain situations. Although they lack empathy and emotions, these individuals are able to lie about what they feel and what they live.
