Karl Marx, one of the major philosophers in the context of communism has provided that the capitalistic society is unfair as it exploits the rights of the society members. While providing this critique, Marx has taken into account a number of values that might lead to such exploitation of the workers in a capitalistic society. The writings of Marx at first sight give a sense that Marx has provided with details for unjust social system, but a detailed analysis can make it clear that he has not provided with any explicit assertion considering any relationship between justice and capitalistic critique, Thus, it can be said that justice is irrelevant to Marx capitalism critique. In this essay, the point is supported by taking into account the schools of thought as well as the arguments that underlie the debate of relevance of justice with the theme of capitalism exploitation.

Introduction
Justice is irrelevant to the Marx criticism of the capitalistic system and it holds to be true. The reading of the Karl Marx description of capitalistic mode of production along with other writings at first sight gives a sense that Marx has provided with descriptions of an unjust social system. However, a detailed analysis of the writings of Marx in regard to injustice of capitalism provide with a fact that there is no attempt at all in his writings to provide with an arguments that capitalism is unjust. Even there is no explicit claim that highlights his intentions to classify capitalism as an unjust system that leads to the violation of anyone's rights. Even an important element that can be identified within the writings of Marx is the explicit and sustained criticism of the social thinkers who condemn capitalism for its related social injustices or has supported socialism as a way to secure justice and equality within a society. Marx has provided at few places explicit statements asserting that capitalistic system despite having series of defects cannot be considered a fault as far as the element of justice is concerned. So, the basis for this essay is that no matter whatever Marx thinks about capitalism and no matter whatever capitalism meant for him, it can be asserted that justice is irrelevant to Marx capitalism critique. The essay will show agreement with the statement by providing robust and defensible arguments and details within the context of Marx criticisms regarding the exploitation of the capitalistic society.
