Teacher Efficacy

Teacher efficacy is important in teaching activities; teachers can effectively complete their work on learning, teaching objectives to achieve the potential of perception and belief(Wayne Cecil 2002). It has a direct impact on the general education teachers in teaching and training students is to help teachers assess external integration.

The main task of training teachers and the principal academic responsibilities, including knowledge, experience and skills to teach, but teachers and to students of personality, ideals, feelings and moral education, teacher, school students a combination of teaching and learning activities(Pang 2004). successful teaching of teachers of subjective factors, teacher efficacy is one of them, his development of student development, improving school performance, improve the quality of education plays an important role.
