Introduction

One of the most important things recorded in the Bible is giving due importance to people. Based on this principle, people are always in the foreground. The character of a leader is that it generates confidence, and that confidence is what enables leadership. There is nobody better than Jesus Christ himself and the example of his character to have as standard. Jesus always showed respect and concern for those who followed Him. It is necessary that every person recognizes the importance of the Scriptures which have been established for us, any philosophy of ministry is useless if it fails to accept the Scripture as the ultimate guide, mankind knows nothing, his knowledge and understanding is limited and confined, God is the ultimate provider of guidance, he is the ultimate source who ensures that people have the right guidance readily available, for people who have forgotten this fact, or have willingly or unwillingly stopped regarding the Scripture need the guidance which can help them understand that in any case the Scripture cannot be neglected, just like we cannot forget the fact that God exists and that he is the only being worthy of worship, similarly we must also remember that god provided for our benefit the Scriptures which are our ultimate guide of worship.

Spiritual leader Spiritual leader is the one who knows where God wants people and leads them there, using God's methods relying on His strength. God wants His people to where the spiritual condition of the people and their way of life is His glory and to praise His name. Therefore, the goal of spiritual leadership - to bring people to knowledge of God, that they may glorify Him in all their affairs. For the spiritual leader not just on direct people how to change them. If we want to become a good leader, it is important to set as a goal the development of the individual, not the plan. You can force a person to do anything, but if this heart was not changed, you do not have led him anywhere spiritually.

It needs to be understood that the bible is the very word of the Lord, his commandments and his teachings can be understood through his own teachings which have been provided to mankind for their own well being, running any ministry would be completely irrelevant if the teachings of the Lord are overlooked. Hence the basis of any ministry commences at understanding who God is and how his words can benefit people, how can his words help mankind in various situations of grief.
