Theme of the short story

By using chapter 7 of the book as a reference, it has been noticed that the theme of “story of an hour” is to reflect that Mrs. Mallard was happy after the death of her husband. The theme is not actually what looks in the story like a summary but, it is totally different as readers have to sort out what story is revealed and what purposes.
