In business management, micromanagement is a management style where a manager closely observes or controls the work of subordinates or employees. However, in the context of the thoughts rendered by Ted Gup the micromanagement of the nature also tends to stand on the similar grounds. The settings of the nature tend to be based on the grounds of balancing the power.
