The US Welfare System should be changed

In order to analyze and comprehend the changes and the challenges that have been felt and experienced over the passage of time, societal trauma and the distress experienced by people is necessary to make way for progress. People involved in the welfare system are not only responsible for societal improvement, but are also in the position of disseminating unto that are underprivileged and lack the ability to survive without a concrete support.

The welfare system currently followed in the United States requires changes and amendments, which would further improve the position of the company.

Multiple factors and campaigns have been run in order to inject new blueprints and frameworks in order for the system to streamline its objectives and resources. Unfortunately the position is far from being any recovery or fueled for yielding authentic results (Behr, p.17).

Rooting and stemming from the Great Depression of the 1930's and the recent smash of 2007-2008, it has now become evident that people are now unable to create and establish a system of values, ethics and opportunity that would address and resolve the problems of suppressed in society or even disembark any degree of benefit to that are in our immediate surroundings.

To weigh the primary postulates due to which remedial measures for the welfare system are in order for the welfare system of the United States is the unruly demarcation of people within the society.

The United States of America has had a history of civil rights, providing identities and reputation to people settling in the country and contributing their efforts towards progress and making welfare an 'undoubted, limitless prerogative of the people living as part of the democracy (Davidson, pp.94).'

However, in the times that we live in today, such happenings and instances have gone down to a minimal. With the advent of the Welfare Reform Act imposed and activated in the year 1996, not only do the people have been aloof of their access to resources and the fulfillment of their basic needs, but that the states have grown much more powerful and autonomous in order to control and regulate money altogether.

While the initiative made proper compliance and alignment with the objectives of country-wide progress, those that were unemployed were acquainted towards making progress and earning, but that the others would then provide utilization of human resource and earning labor, the returns and compensation given and extended to the people were only nominal in nature, forwarding their abilities to make way for progress (Doherty, pp.48).

On the other hand, those that were employed also experience and felt the brunt of societal pressures that are around them. People who were employed also experienced nominal wages and that those who were serving at a normal workplace were persuaded and forced to contribute their bit.

To begin with, compensation that is being intended to the employees and their compensation benefits contribute towards their standing in society.
